Marvelous Monogram Notecard Holder

Taylor will be using classic black and white patterns from Making Memories along with a pop of color to create this sweet notecard holder. These monogrammed notecards will be fun to use yourself or perfect to give away as a gift! They're already perfectly packaged in a notecard folder complete with a pocket for envelopes. You'll also receive an instruction sheet on how to create this project at home.

Favorite Peeps

I just received all the specifics for Taylor's classes this month and I can't wait to share them with you. Friday, March 26th beginning at 7:00pm she will be using her new "Favorite Peeps" stamp set filled with spring creatures and sweet sentiments to create these 5 cards. You'll be using Copic Markers to color your images and since Taylor is Copic Certified, she will share with you her tricks in using these amazing markers. The class cost is $35 (includes stamp set)or $20 (without stamp set). So join us in "Peep's Parlor" for a night of fun and bring your "favorite peep" to join you.

Check back tomorrow. I'll be sharing the 2nd class that Taylor is teaching while she's here!

Basic Grey Page of the Month class

I just finished moving racks so that I can move another table in for tonight's Basic Grey Page of the Month Kit class. Tonight is the 1st night of a new session that lasts a year. Our last group finished in December, so there was a 2 month break, but I'm ready to go. I love this class because I make the sample and I know that no matter what I will complete at least 1 layout a month. The layouts are super cute with lots of leftover embellishments to use on other projects. Basic Grey creates the layout and all you have to do is recreate it...a total no brainer which gets a thumbs up from me! There are a lot of new faces in this group and I hope they enjoy it as much as I do!

New Techniques

It's always fun to learn something new and today Julie is teaching the girls how to make "Tear Bears" out of mulberry paper. There's a whole lot of ooohing and aaawing going on! That's alway a good sign! You can use this technique for bunnies, chickies or anything that you want to have a "fluffy" look.

Family Canvas

Last Saturday I was really in the mood to scrap. You know how it is...sometimes you feel it and sometimes you don't. Anyway I completed the layouts for my March & April Basic Grey classes (very cute) and the Family Canvas project from Quick Quotes that I'm teaching April 15th. I love this kit, it includes everything! All you need to supply is glue and scissors. The finished product turned out terrific, even if I do say so myself.
